Here we have the transformation of a space  As usual, the client needed ideas and was just not having it any longer because the room looked to dull and boring. He loooked to me for a possible solution. He also made me know he wouldn’t mind a total make over of the space even tho it was a rented apartment.👍🏽 Here are the before pictures and the solution I gave him below👇🏾 3D design Before 

My client had just recently moved in into her new apartment and needed a little transformation in her kitchen. The old space was looking messy and dilapidated. i came around and gave concepts she could adopt while of course she shared her ideas too with me. We both concluded that she wanted a design that wasn't expensive and one that will brighten up the space. she wanted it as simple as possible because it is a rented apartment. Here is the solution i gave her. In the absence of the actual picture of the designed space, please note that the wall tiles are the only elements unchanged from the kitchen in real life.

This particular design was fun and challenging because it was my first time designing a room for kids. My client was very particular about the use of paints only for the space as she couldn't afford to use wall papers considering it was a rented apartment. So after giving her a couple of great ideas on site, she gave me the go ahead to put the various concepts into a 3D visual. Here are the 3D solutions. The Before pictures The Design pictures

My Client had just acquired a space in Lagos and she wanted to run a restaurant business. Fortunately for her and for me, she had no idea how she wanted the place to look like. She approached me and invited me over to check out the space which i did. I effectively took my measurements ad gave her a solution on the spot which ofcourse she loved. Hence, she gave me the go ahead to help bring the space to lif. First, by producing a 3D solution. Here is what i did for her.

Simple office furniture design i did for a client recently in Lagos.  Please do pardon the bare space look. My client was only particular about the furniture and not so into the design space. Client wanted cheap and affordable furniture as he was working with a very tight budget... Installation is ongoing.
